Cancellation Policy
The purpose of this Cancellation Policy is to provide structured and fair procedures for clients or Safe Welkin to cancel scheduled services, programs, audit, or implementation services. It aims to minimize disruption, ensure optimal resource planning, and reinforce mutual accountability. This policy helps reduce financial and operational losses while encouraging responsible commitment management.
General Conditions for Cancellations
Advance Notice Requirement
Clients must give at least 7 Days written notice for cancellation of scheduled services.

Service-Specific Cancellation Guidelines
Training & Certification Programs

7 business days notice: 100% refund or free rescheduling

4 business days’ notice: 50% refund or rescheduling with penalty

< 48 hours’ notice: No refund; A stipend additional fees will be required to reschedule which is dependent on Safe Welkin as an organization
Consulting Services
Rescheduling is allowed once if notice is given 7 business days in advance. Repeat or late reschedules incur additional fees.
No-Show Policy
Clients who do not show up without prior notice may forfeit 100% of fees and risk restricted future bookings where applicable
Organization-Initiated Cancellations
If Safe Welkin cancels a service, clients will receive:

A full refund, or

Reschedule at no extra cost, or

Credit for future use
Emergency and Force Majeure Exceptions
Requests due to health, family emergency, or natural events may be exempt upon documented justification.
Consequences of Breach
Violations may lead to forfeited payments or a temporary ban that can be a potential course for termination of the engagement.
